Job Description:
Purpose: Ensure achievement of sales objectives and promote Julphar key messages to healthcare providers. Working as a trusted advisor for Julphar key stakeholders through providing therapeutic solutions that meet their needs and expectations while maintaining the company’s image according to the company policies and code of ethics.
Key responsibilities & Accountability: Key Responsibilities: • Achieve allocated sales and IQVIA target in the defined territory. • Ensure consistent achievement on monthly and quarterly basis. • Implement the product strategy delivered by marketing team. • Deliver product core message and value via professional calls and promotion activities. • Deliver and continuously improve quality call by implementing the recommendations from the superior. • Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data delivered by the company, and communicating the key message with HCPs. • Establish a good relationship with KOLs, develop advocates, and enforce the company image. • Deliver customer-centric activities. • Make best use of the company resources to expand business. • Manage and develop the assigned sales territory via continuous assessment of the marketplace. • Regularly provide market intelligence including customer feedback, competitors’ activities, new trends and launches, Etc. • Explore new business opportunities. • Ensure full access to Julphar products in the assigned territory. • Build skills and knowledge necessary for the day-to-day activities. • Perform all assigned tasks by the superiors.
   - Education • 4 years Bachelor's degree in medical back ground • Master’s Degree in Business Administration is highly an advantage.
   - Experience: • A minimum of 1 year experience in a reputable organization with successful track record.
