Job Description:
Purpose: The Diabetes Speciality Representative is responsible for maximizing the sales products through the different sales, promotion, and customer service activities within a certain geographic territory.
Key responsibilities & Accountability: Visits physicians to help them manage their patients' disease using Julphar products.
Distributes knowledge using guidelines through product samples, marketing literature, clinical trials, bioequivalence studies related to his products to help physicians and other healthcare professionals take the best decisions.
Follow-ups with HCP (KOL, physicians, pharmacists, or any other party having impact on the business), to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with Julphar products.
Provides approved information to HCP on Julphar products, e.g. proper medical usage, dosage amounts and side effects.
Enlists Julphar products in the formulary of institutions.
Provides feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access. Also update on changes in the health care system or hospital structure.
Involves in the pre-preparation of the marketing campaign through giving a feedback to the marketing team on what's the real market, customers' needs.
Follow ups of stock, consumption and ordering process specially in government sector and institutions.
Attends seminars and participate in setting up sales demonstration and exhibition.
Organizes audio visual activities in his area.
initiates & participates in the nomination and selection of the local speakers in his/her territory.
Reports visits and other activities on daily basis.
Attends regular sales meetings with Regional Sales Manager, general meetings, and cycle meetings.
Prepares short term POA restricted to his area and products.
Presents reports according to Sales Manager recommendations and market needs.
Updates his customer list according to the targeting process by understanding customer's segmentations and customer insights.
Understands customer disease management needs.
Maintains and creates new advocates by aligning to customer's priorities / needs.
Stands accountable for all customers e-mails, phone calls related to business.
Executes the activities (international, regional and local conferences, workshops) done by the marketing, medical department to engage his customers.
Monthly report for sales, activities, market feedback, threats, opportunities.
Explores more business opportunities and expand the scope of his/her reach.
Inserts the medical devices to the end users when needed.
Provides the best in class customer support to the products end users.
Responds, resolve and reports to the complaints received from the products end users.
Provides the necessary technical support to the end users as per the provided trouble shooter guide and the communicated process.
Properly responds to the end users queries and complaints either phone calls, emails or office meetings.
Provides the full education and product information required to the end users to properly use Julphar products.
Excels in the technical specification, troubleshooting, digital reports interpretation, software installation and all technical parts related to Julphar distributed diabetes medical devices.
Level of Responsibilities: Tasks are performed under the general direction of the Regional Sales Manager; however the incumbent is fully responsible for the business and financial results of his geographical territory.
Level of Responsibilities: Responsible for Budget achievement including %Gr, % MS, EV (IMS Parameters) for his area.










 Qualifications: 
   - Education Medical or Pharmaceutical Education Background.
   - Experience: with Pharmaceutical Background
   - Training:
   - Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Good in English.
Effective Selling Skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Good computer skills.
Effective interpersonal and team building skills.
Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
