Job Description:
Purpose: The Coordinator will carry out the day to day paperwork in quality control. He is requested to adhere with cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner. He will use computer program that undertake handling & data entry such as tables and reports.
Key responsibilities & Accountability: • Follows GMP concerning documentation part.
• Handles reports, memos, certificates and records.
• Communicates with other departments limited to his position.
• Performs Computer related duties that include data entry on SAP.
• Maintains registers and ensure proper documentation.
• Responsible to carry out some administrative tasks or secretarial work.
• Performs any other tasks that may assigned.
   - Education • Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Business Administration or equivalent.
   - Experience: • At least 1 year experience in the same field.
   - Training:
   - Specialized Knowledge and Skills: • Excellent in oral and written English communication and inter personal skills.
• Ability to manage stress and broaden patience.
• Ability to be polite but firm when dealing with difficult or upset people.
• Friendly and confident personality.
• Can work independently with less supervision
• A good team player
• A smart appearance.
• Willing to extend time and effort if it is needed.
• Ability to manage time and set priorities.
