1. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The position will also serves as a consultant to the management regarding all Human Resources issues. The HR Manager will also introduce change management and handle all related HR projects.
Key responsibilities & Accountability:
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Responsible for HR personnel management functions; (Leave, Visa, Labor Relation, Employee Relation, etc.), Retirement, and Employee Termination. Manage the recruitment and selection process in coordination with head office. Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit. Ensure complying with HR policies and Procedures and ensuring compliance with the Saudi Labor law. Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client. Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks. Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management. Responsible for effective implementation of corporate talent management strategy Implementation of Performance Appraisal System in a way that promotes and sustains a culture of performance. Conducting training needs assessment and analysis and recommend training development solutions. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Graduate of Human Resources Management or any related business management fields.
Minimum of 5 years experience in HR.
- Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Previous experience in implementing and enforcing pre-determined Policies and Procedures, as well as drafting and proposing new ones where potential gaps may arise Experienced and skilled at drafting detailed as well as high level HR reports Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills Has excellent Project Management and Change Management Skills Has strong Business Acumen skills Excellent Time Management and Priorities Management Skills Has strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills Multinational experience is preferred
