Job Description:
Purpose: The Regulatory Affairs Secretary will assist the preparation, submission and maintenance of regulatory files. Will be responsible to provide comprehensive administration support to the department.
Key responsibilities & Accountability: • Prepares correspondence, memo, templates, flowcharts, presentation and other related works.
• Prepares CTD Dossier separators, indexes and labels for different countries.
• Assists the regulatory colleagues in preparing e-CTD, scanning documents, converting application form from PDF to MS Word format.
• Handles day to day regulatory activity such as receiving mails, memos and distribute information.
• Prepares regulatory status and reports.
• Sorts, arranges, fills, and run errands to different departments for signature and follow up and perform other related duties and additional tasks as required.
• Organizes and coordinates meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
• Coordinates the flow of information both internally and external.
   - Education Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or any related business courses.
   - Experience: At least 2-5 years’ experience
   - Training:
   - Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Knowledgeable of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
Familiar with working on SAP system is preferred.
Knowledgeable of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Excellent organizational & time Management skills.
