Sales - Assistant Manager Operations (Region Intercontinental)
Full Time Employment (Un-limited Contract)
Responsible for supporting Sales team in all areas of customer service, order fulfillment and sales support. This position directly supports Sales Managers, and Regional Sales Director.
Key responsibilities & Accountability:
Overseeing complete business operations in the assigned region with accountability of executing within given timeframe. Managing customer-centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms. Oversee complete shipment process (inclusive of Pre shipment / Post Shipment) monitoring & communication with partners within the region. Handle the processing of all Purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate cross-functional business communication between the departments. Regular follow-up of POs & payment collection with partners / distributors. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. Prepare & track Sales reports. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. Analyzing market trends/ competition analysis. Tracking annual budgets periodically and ensuring adherence as per plans.
BA/Bsc , MBA is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations within pharmaceutical industry

Extremely detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills; Excel skills including, sorting functions, formulas, and more advanced functions Ability to clearly, accurately and appropriately communicate with international customers in writing and/telephone
