Job Description:
Purpose: The Portfolio Brand Manager for MEBO is responsible to creates and develops a brand portfolio for MEBO products of Julphar from its existing idea all through the way until it is launched to the market and guides the company on Mebo brand portfolio. He/She will develop strategies, plans and appropriate tactics aiming to increase the sales and profitability. The role will decide on the portfolio of Mebo presence in each country creating a country portfolio platform, vision and sales of Mebo brand portfolio in all potential countries, liaising all the different relevant tasks of involved parties in the company. He/She supports the brand portfolio throughout the brand life cycle creating their branding guidelines, strategies that will ensure its success and able to display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products.
Key responsibilities & Accountability: Responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and leading new products and market access.
Lead strategic and financial analysis that guide brand business development decisions including in-licensing pipeline opportunities, commercial co-promotion, and international opportunities.
Facilitate senior management briefings on business development opportunities.
Identify new generic product development opportunities that support the corporate strategy through market and industry research.
Implement the corporate strategy by identifying potential generic product acquisition and licensing opportunities and developing supporting analysis (scientific, market, financial and strategic, etc.) utilizing internal and external resources.
Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with all relevant functional teams the successful completion of the specific form of agreement.
Manage transition of a successful business transaction to project management and a cross-functional.
Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities. Coordinates with the regional marketing team, the sales teams and key customers. Follow up with the internal counterparts to guarantee availability of the brand/brands to the markets.
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company's ambitious growth.
Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Coordinate launch countries to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
Manage in-life products performance, conducting extensive numerical analysis using company in-house as well as external data. Invest time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
Communicate with all relevant parties of the company to guarantee smooth and fast release of new ideas, brand development and new brands.
Create all the strategic marketing plans for old as well as new brands under the portfolio responsibility.
 Qualifications: 
   - Education Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or any related medical field.
   - Experience: 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years in a brand management role.
Experience in wound healing area.
Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
   - Training:
   - Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Functional knowledge of the clinical aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, supply chain, dispensing requirements and drug distribution channels.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, and experience developing forecasts and financial models.
Excellent interpersonal communication and project management skills.
Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
