Job Description:
Purpose: The Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for aggregating data from multiple sources in an efficient data warehouse and designing enterprise-level solutions for very large multidimensional databases. Additional responsibilities include: Designing and plan BI solutions.

He/she will ensure the success of Data Visualization stream within Julphar which includes delivering strategic reports and dashboards to the functional departments across the organization.
Key responsibilities & Accountability: To managing daily ETL and create various simple and complex reports mainly using business objects as the data providers.
To develop reporting standards: Develop a standard set of business performance metrics and reporting tools across the business portfolio.
To lead Business Intelligence initiatives and adjusting project priority as circumstances demand.
Migration from Business Objects 4.0 to Business Objects 4.2.
To interact with the clients in gathering Business information from the end users.
To create graphical representation of reports such as Bar charts, Pie charts, etc. as per the end user requirements.
To be involved in mapping of the BO 4.0 security requirements to the BO security model.
To use the import wizard to import existing user accounts, groups, categories, Webl documents, universes, connections and universe restrictions to BO 4.2 environment.
To be involved in training the clients on BO 4.x environment.
To explore potential of other BI tools integration, mainly Power BI and SharePoint. HANA experience is desirable.

 Qualifications: 
   - Education BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or similar.

   - Experience: 3+ years of SAP BI reporting design, planning and analysis.
Experience in SAP Business Intelligence design and deployment are required skills for this position.
Must have experience in building solutions in SAP BI/BW/BO with background of SAP ERP modules.
   - Training:
   - Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Must be very well organized with strong time management skills, project management skills and must be detail oriented.
Proficiency in data processing, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, creative and critical thinking and the ability to prepare and deliver reports are also expected.
An understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) using BW and creation of dashboard objects using SAP WEBI, Lumira, Design Studio, Xcelsius, including refining the look and feel of the dashboard are required.
Knowledge in integration of the MS-PowerBI with SAP is a big advantage.

Ability to present results in well-designed, easy-to-understand visual and written report formats based on best-in-class industry approaches.
Ability to create robust analytical and business reporting solutions.
Attention to detail, ability to self-check the accuracy of work and create necessary quality control gates.
Highly skilled in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and project management programs.
Proficient with data querying languages such as Structure Query Language (SQL) AND Business Objects.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication expertise with strong presentation skills.
Work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline so multitasking skills and working under pressure are required.
