Job Description:
Purpose: The Corporate Communication Manager is responsible for managing all internal and external messaging
throughout the organization. As an advisor to top executives, the Corporate Communication Manager works
closely with the management team to ensure that all messages within the organization is aligned with the
Julphar communication strategy and are consistent with the brand guidelines. He/she will promote the positive
image of Julphar - internally to staff and externally to stakeholders, media and customers.
Key responsibilities & Accountability: • Establish and implement effective and appropriate internal and external communications channels (Internet, Press Releases, Social Media, Intranet etc.)
• Ensure communications messages are respecting all communications strategy for each market
• Provide reactive communications support to the regions as it relates to area or industry issues
• Devise strategies and tactics for a comprehensive communications program
• Coach, support and act as a communication counsel to executive team
• Ensure that timely, consistent delivery of messages is aligned with local communications plans.
• Create strategic communication plans and execute those plans to drive measurable results
• Design, develop, write, edit and produce internal employee communications in order to relay organization strategies, policies, activities
• Enable external media relations in market in support of international expansion, business development, manufacturing plans, partnerships, brand launches, pricing issues, market access, sales and marketing practices
• Manage the media spokesperson for projects as required
• Collaborate and coordinate with global and corporate colleagues to ensure local project needs are clearly articulated and supported globally
• Manage a broad range of internal communications initiatives that increase employees’ engagement to deliver business success
• Establish operating budgets with all external agencies engaged in the communications work and manage activities to deliver desired outcomes within the established budget.
 Qualifications: 
   - Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communication, Journalism or in related fields
• Western applicants are most preferred.
• Fluent in French and English.
   - Experience: • At least 7+ years of experience in similar Corporate Communication position
• with Pharmaceutical Background in Multinational companies is A MUST.
   - Training:
   - Specialized Knowledge and Skills: • Experience writing press releases in a journalistic style
• Multicultural experience and understanding required; global experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to interact and influence senior executives effectively
• Proven ability to develop execute results-driven communications strategies that are aligned with business goals and objectives
• Demonstrated abilities to set and manage priorities, resources, goals and project initiatives
• Excellent writing, editing, copy writing and proofreading skills-speed, accuracy and creativity essential
• Ability to establish and meet deadlines, work independently under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Strong demonstrated organizational skills with high level of attention to detail
• English is a must
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
