Training - Electronic Documentation Assistant
Full Time Employment (Un-limited Contract)
To provide administrative support to department through maintaining all Julphar employees electronic training records.
Key responsibilities & Accountability:
1. Responsible for entering data, maintaining, auditing employee training record register database application software. 2. ETR (Employee Training Records) update electronically and assist in manual updating of formats. 3. Assist in training effectiveness follow ups and maintain records (hard and soft_. 4. To design a system to manage On-Job-Training (OJT) and effectiveness records electronically. 5. Responsible for electronic records management system software maintenance and updates. 6. Maintain knowledge of current computerized softwares. 7. Perform other related duties as assigned by head of department.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
At least 1-2 years of experience in related field. Preferably Male.
- Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Microsoft Office Proficiency. Highly Organized. Has good communication skills.
